Ive been here for a few weeks deciding what would be my first nice knife. I found it, ordered it, had a bad experience and wanted to get some advice from the forum.
I think I should start that thread in a different forum, what say you?
Im 28 and have been cooking for about 10 years, most of that time was prep, some of the time has been "line" cooking and im at a newly opened hotel now with actual line cooking.
