    Finally some new stuff!

    UPS just dropped off another box of new stuff.
    I am just finishing up the shipping for the weekend. Then I can get to work cleaning these up.
    Nothing overly exotic but it looks like there will be some good pieces.
    Walnut, Maple (from Gibson) and Sycamore.

    Yes. It is walnut burl. I started with a few whole stump burls that came from a gun maker's stash.
    I hope I am not at the end of this stuff. When the weather get's better I will be digging through the stacks and storage in the hopes that I stashed and forgot some.

    I am starting off with cleaning up the Maple 1st since there is only one piece in the store.
    The light colored flamed pieces were from reject guitar billets. Only takes a small area with off color or different figure and it becomes a reject for them.
    These ones came from a big load that a local person bought from Gibson to make boxes with.

    The maple blocks are in the store now for $30 and up.

    This is my favorite.
