Again, the tanaka deba performed flawlessly. I met up with pops at the fish house, helped him unload the catch and scored this sweet peanut dolphin.

It's a saikon dojo pro. It's decent. cuts very well but had some grinding issues near the tip that required more grinding of the ura side in that area than I would have liked. It still gets razor sharp and stays that way for a good while. I've been using it for near a month to portion fish and steaks at work and it still shaves.
