    The guitar guys will probably think it is wrong,
    but.....I bought some good flamed / spalted maple guitar billets and have been cutting them up for handle material.

    More wood came back from getting stabilized at K&G.
    Some of this will go into the web store. Some will get set aside for the Knife Show I am going to in a couple weeks.

    I tried some in my dehumidification drying room. Cracked up. Looks like I will have to go slow with it.
