I found this on another hard drive. One that didn't make it back.

One of the best tomato performers to date.

It would take me a good couple of minutes to do what you did to that tomato in under ten seconds (and the slices still might not be as thin and uniform).

:shocked3:I hope my cutting skill is as half good as yours:(

Part of me thinks "wow - nice knife skills: superfast, superfine"

The other part of me sees the band-aid.

When you're behind the gun and need to get prep done, nicking yourself once and awhile is inevitable. I usually just wrap some duct tape on it, throw a glove on and keep going until I have time to deal with it.

That is freaking ridiculous! Wow that makes me realize how bad my skills actually are.

Cheers Salty!

Everytime I think I'm getting good, I remember one of Salty's videos, and promptly tell that little voice to shut it and get back to work!

Ah the good ole days.

Found another. This is the original Kramer I was sent. No doubt it worked fine.

I've done countless onion videos but this one is probably the best. It's start to finish with no interuption. It's a few years old. But I smile when I watch the confidence in the motion..
