whats up dudes? i just found this site and am pretty pumped to get started warm-holing my way though all these great posts. i am currently living in naples fla cooking in a psycho hotel working like 75 hours a week. its pretty awesome but i am planing a move back to the north east this summ'a. we get our hands in a lot of stuff here but at the end of the day its quantity over quality and that sucks when you put your all in to something you make with your hands.
anyways i am really looking forward to learning and refining my knife maintenance routine.
