    Hello from Montreal

    Hello from Montreal

Found my Victorinox Chefs knife was't sharp enough so I decided I needed a new knife. Did some research to see if I needed a Henckel or a wusthof, and now I have a Mac Pro, a Takayuki Grand Cheff, A Yusuke extra thin 210 a bunch of stones, an edgepro apex and I don't even cook professionally lol...
Love the forum so far tons of great info.

Welcome. You are definitely in the right place. How's Montreal these days? My dad was from there. Of course that was in the 1920s.
