Good evening forums members,
Been lurking the forums for a while after I found these forums from a google search on knife brand i was interested in.
I have been working in pro kitchens in my youth before going to uni to persue another career, still an enthusiastic home cook and love shopping for new kitchen gear.
My knife drawer contains a mix of western and japanese knife. Perfer stainless but have tryed carbons.
