Hiromoto AS Gyuto 240mm with beautiful Dave Martell re-handle

$200 including original box and insured shipping anywhere in North America.

Stunning re-handle with rare spalted maple burl.

From the first group buy, so not thinned or etched. But at this price go ahead and get 'er done!

It has been sharpened by Dave too, but has patina on the edge so you will probably want to sharpen it yourself.

Also it is no Drawer Queen, so it has the usual and expected scratches on the soft stainless steel cladding but not too excessive.
