    First video, 5:05. DISHING!!!
    *EDIT* might be the glare.

Either way, I'm surprised at his amount of bench grinders.

Never seen anyone make damascus from a cable though!

fairly common, chunks of cable are marketed for this purpose.

Actually, not too many damascus makers using cable anymore - and I know a lot of them. Very cool though. Maybe cable is making a comeback.

p.s. just watched it again and that was a really clean weld for cable. But, it almost looked like the finished knife at the end looked like normal random damascus, didn't it?

I am kinda glad he has reinvested his hard earned money into his shop. I am sure every knife maker dreams of having a row of grinders, each one set up differently to save on time. When I did metal fabrication, I always had a "dream shop" in my head. Cool to see someone get theirs. His power hammer is a beast! And if he drove up in a Lambo instead of an old minivan, then we would have known that he is asking too much for his knives, haha.
