Anyone know of a Suji that has some flex and could be used to skin fish?

It has been a while since I have used one, but I seem to recall the konosuke having a good about of flex.

my suisin IH suji has a bit of flex. I think most of the "laser" sujis will most likely flex about the same. Gesshin Ginga, sakai yusuke, konosuke, suisin IH, tadatsuna, etc.

I have an Aritsugu A-type 270 suji that has some flex.

BTW, why do you want to have a suji if what you want is to skin fish? I think Yanagi is better to skin fish.

I have a tadatsuna inox, it has some flex and is very good for skining fish

My suji from Heath Besch has some nice flex. That was a result making it a true laser.

Dude I just sold my global g19 270mm flexible filet knife with a saya for like $100.

my zKramer slicer (though not a suji technically) has some flex, and is a rock star on seafood. in fact, it's great for all protein...
