Hello Guys! Been missing for awhile. Went through a bad patch in life and just recovering (Some of you who have me on Facebook may know).. As some of you may remember, I was a student at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and am currently doing a 6 month stage at Dan Hunter's Royal Mail Hotel. The stage is coming to an end soon (29th March) so I will be travelling a little first to lighten up the feelings and also to learn more about food, knives etc.
I will be travelling to Tokyo on the 7th of April, staying till the 11th and flying to Los Angeles then. Would appreciate any tips on places to go/see/eat and most of all any accommodation recommendations will be very much appreciated! (Will be dining at Mizutani in Tokyo)
