Hey,

I have been cooking professionally for 2 years, collecting knives for 6 and I am about to start making them in the next few weeks. Decided to join on the recommendation of a co-worker that is a member here to learn as much as I can.

Mr. Greasedbullet is my newest edition to the fine dining line at the CC....he is very interested in knife making, and currently has a few blades off to heat treat. Maybe after he gets a few under his belt we can do a pass around. He's very bright and inquisitive, so I know he will soak up our input like a sponge.
