One of the things that came up multiple times was that I needed a model between my petty and paring. 4 inches seems about right.
What do you guys think?
I would like something other than a steak knife, but could be used for that, I'm thinking right between my paring and petty in size and style.
Thanks,
Del

That's a great idea Del - I retired my 150 petty when I picked up an old honyaki 130mm petty and it's just a great knife. Sometimes less is more.

BTW I boned a duck out with that parer I got from you recently and it did a stellar job. I was thinking "damn I wish this was just a little longer"

Sounds great, I'm more used to 4 inch paring knives than 3 inch.

I'm thinking great idea. Also think 9-10" skinny/thin filet knife from you would be stellar!

ooooo I like the idea of the sheeps foot. Just long enough and short enough for in hand.

Do you think i should to sheepsfoot parings in the same size i am doing for the current model or should I do those in the 4" model?
Del
