Purchased from The Epicurean Edge, the set consists of an 18 cm deba, an 18 cm usuba and a 24 cm yanagiba made from white carbon steel forge-welded to wrought iron.
The handles are traditional ho wood with buffalo horn ferrules (not plastic).
This is a perfect way to get an introduction to traditional Japanese knives.

A saya is included for the yanagiba.
$195 includes insured shipping to a CONUS address and PayPal fees.
