Shun Kramer Meiji Bread Knife

The damascus is tightly layered, highly polished with lots of activity, on par with some of the best custom knives. They call it a "waterfall" pattern because reflections ripple in it like water. This line is discontinued and no longer being made.

Specs: SG-2 particle metallurgy powdered steel
9" cutting edge tip to heel
15" OAL
New in Box
$225

Nice knive. I have the Shun Bob Kramer 10" bread knife. Looks like the same blade with a different handle. It's a beauty.

I've got the 6" chef knife and its in my top three go-to knives. The HT is so well done, the knife stays sharp forever, on par with Konosuke HD. They're way over-priced these days though.
