There has always been a disclaimer on the back of your racing ticket saying that you assume all risk attending the race, but does that risk include eating an Inferno Dog from the concessions? We are talking about a quarter pound hot dog topped with nacho cheese, salsa, cayenne hot sauce and spicy jalapenos. Yikes!

Well I tried it out this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, I was a judge at a concessions showdown of food being served at the track. There were over 35 entries and I got to try the 8 finalist.

Here is the inferno Dog, a quarter pound hot dog topped with nacho cheese, salsa, cayenne hot sauce and spicy jalapenos.

It actually was pretty tasty! It was a quarter pound, all beef Nathan's dog.

Anyway, it was a lot of fun (even got to be on TV for a second).

Here is Doug Rice from PRN and Jeff Hammond from Speed casting there votes. Looks like Jeff is undecided.
