Looking for a stainless, general purpose (e.g. gyuto, santoku, ?) knife for a friend's birthday. No more than $50. Used OK if in great condition.

Anybody have one they want to part with?
Or a recommendation?

I have a couple of stainless Sabatier gyutos I recently picked up.
Make you a good deal on one or both... :whistling:

Oh, 2 more things: 1) need to have it in hand by Saturday; 2) Wa- is a bonus.
