240 Kato and Masakage 270 Suji and 150 Petty

Due to life's many unexpected twists I have to sell my knives.

First is a Kato 240 Gyuto that I bought last month from the BST here. Knife has a custom maple and Amboyna handle. If I was keeping the knife I would have sharpened it already. I have 590.00 into the knife and would like to get that out. I may consider a trade for cash and something like a 240 gyuto Gengetsu, or Koshi, or Yoshikane, etc.

Next is my Masakage Koishi 270 Suji and 150 Petty. Knives are stainless clad and have AS steel. The suji was used once to cut some veg and carve a boneless roast. The petty has been used more but has not been sharpened or stropped and still has a pretty keen edge.

    Asking 290.00 for the suji.
    Asking 190.00 for the petty.

I realize I am new here but I can supply links to other sites where I have 100% buyer and seller feedback.

I can take more specific pictures of any of the knives for a potential buyer. Just PM me with an email.

As far as I know it is one of Maksim's. Cleaned up the inbox, thanks.

It is from Maksim. It has the "workhorse" kanji, this is from the second batch, it has all the kanji on the same side. I have a suji from the same batch. Great knife, nice handle GLWS

Last price reduction then I will keep them.

    285.00 for the Suji.

    185.00 for the petty.

Both prices would include shipping and Paypal in the US and Canada.

Hmmm, only price drop on suji and petty . . . does that mean gyuto doesn't have a price drop? Or is it sold?

I guess part of the problem with the Kato is that I want what I paid for it, and it has a custom handle. I have had a couple of chances to sell it with generous trade offers. No offers to buy it outright. I would like to sell the Masakage knives so I can keep the Kato.

All three knives are still available.
