    Recent remodel project

    This was a knife that a customer dropped off in the shop a few weeks ago that we did a major remodel job for them.

    As you can see in the photos the knife had seen its better days but Daniel was able to work his magic and bring it much needed life.














    This was a simple project bringing the knife back to life for only $55.00

    An old Kikuichi?
    That thing's seen some action huh?
    Looks like the owner does a great job of keeping it thinned out.
    Bounced back nicely for $55, good deal on a basic rehab.

    The knife was not a Kikuichi but it was quite old and if my memory servers me right it was bought quite some time ago in Japan.

    Ah, it looks a bit like their chrysanthemum symbol that half thinned away.

    Anybody recognize the kanji on this guy? Got my curiosity up now

    Great to see this old guy go through resuscitation. Should be good for way more than a few years. Good job.
