    Just keep in mind that we all have to start somewhere. It has taken years of hard work to get to this point.

    I have been with EE for 9 years now and I have seen our business grow leaps and bounds during this time and I still remember the days when it was a wall of knives only.

    Love it, one of the most impressive knife shops in the world. Must really make the hairs stand up on the backs of many knife nuts on this forum to see a little-old Edge Pro sitting on the sharpening table. LOL Love it, such irony
