Korin at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas, TX (5/14 ~ 5/15)

Hello hello!
Vincent (sharpening apprentice), Alex (youtube guy) and I will be visiting Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas, TX on May 14 and 15.

Tuesday and Wednesday schedule
08:15 am - 10:00 am : Sharpening demo and sales
10:30 am - 12:30 pm : Sharpening demo and sales

The demos will be held at the campus restaurant.

Outside chefs and visitors are welcome to come visit us, so if you have time please pop in and say hello. I would love to meet you! If you plan to attend and would like me to bring something you're interested in purchasing, please let me know by Sunday afternoon. I'll be sure to pack it.
