    Squash video

Quick squash video, was having a bad day at the camera, should have known it from last night when I cut myself while cleaning off the knife I used in the video today. First take: blind onion (and before you ask, yes it's damn hard to do) but did it turned out good when I looked down at the onions, but it didn't take to the card! Second take: blind onion #2 not as good but not horrible, but once again didn't take!!!! (wasn't going to try a third time thought I was pushing my luck already) So take #3: Brunoise of bell pepper. Turned out really good nice 1/8th cubes but then the damn camera died on me, dead batteries!!! So ended up with the squash video if that didn't work was going to call it a day. Enjoy.

For the blind onion you are supposed to put the blindfold on you and not the camera.

I know Scott but I'll leave that title to you and you alone. Like you said the hardest is the horizontal damn spooky, but after that it's almost on auto. After two times and it didn't take on the card there would be no third. Bowing out to your killer skills. That video is yours and yours alone.
