    SS Damascus and Jnat finish

    Resent job of restoring and resurfacing SS VG10 Santoku

    Finished with Jnats, quite happy with the result of Uchigomori on SS

    That was a serious chip. How many times can a knife be repaired from something like that?

    was actually not that big 3mm max, i had to thin knife a lot after that thats why we decided to refinish it too. But i put extra strong edge on it now so hope it will not happen again

    More picture, you can see all the hirelines and the damascus have a great contrast. Fabulous shigefusa finish.
