Hello fellow knife enthusiasts.
I have been a chef for the past eight years and have worked in many different aspects of the food industry. Butcher, fish monger, line cook, prep cook, banquets, coordinator, hot sauce maker, caterer, and ran a couple kitchens as the chef. I also visit swap meets, garage sales, ebay, estate sales always on the look out for interesting knives and pieces of culinary history. I look forward to talking with others and learning new things.
