    Stainless 240nn Gyuto amboina burl

    Heres one more.. This one is on its way to my buddy Ed.

    240mm AEB-L Convex ground. Amboina burl with brass and mosaic pins.

    This week was very productive in the shop. but this is the last one I swear!

    Actually, this one is going to my son and daughter-in-law for their 5th anniversary.

    I'll take the baby any day . What day is your anniversary? My son's is the 30th and I get to celebrate my 33rd on June 1st.

    31 is our anniversary, wife's been struggling along all night, gonna be another long day. Seems like our baby is as stubborn as her parents
