A few days ago I purchased another Machida Santoku, this time from Mr. Takeshi C. Aoki (Aframestokyo).
I think there are still a few available knives, made of Takefo V2 or Bohler K990 steel (they are not on his web site).
The maximum blade length is 160mm, I attached a few pictures:
