    Hotels in SF

I'm going to SF in late July and was hoping to hear some opinions on where to stay and where to avoid in and around the mission district. I have been looking at trip advisor reviews but thought I'd give here a try as well.
If you could keep it as budget as possible while still being clean that'd be great thanks KKF!

I stayed in the Whitcomb last year. Nice building. Nothing fancy about the rooms but it was clean and a good location.

Hmmm looking a little over budget for me (poor cook) but a very nice hotel any ways.

This is where I am Staying. We did a little more research and turns out this place is haunted.....Flickering lights, frequent sightings, voices, whole 9 yards.
