Beautiful food. I have very recently decided to learn a bit about plating. This blog's style is what i would dream of creating... I can get my food relatively tasty, but my plating has as much skill as a 4 year old korean on a digeridoo.

Sigh, more to work on.
 
Plating is much more difficult then the actual cooking haha
