been lurking for a little while, but felt it was time to jump in and start contributing
learned to cook at my mom's hip, and have been a home chef ever since.
worked almost every job in restaurants from dishwasher to prep cook to GM (never made it to the line though.....)
I've been dying to build a sweet collection of custom kitchen knives for a while now, have a few orders pending, and am super excited to be a part of this community
