Next semester I begin my cookery course. Fun right? Wrong! The cutting boards are PLASTICS!! If I am lucky, I will get one that doesn't have the geometry of a Mt. Everest! :scared4:

Just wanted to share :).
 
Lots of cooking schools use plastic. They're cheap, they're light, they're thin and stack easily. You can always ask to pick out your own. Good luck and stay sharp.
