Are the hammers made by kikuichi? I have seen the sun shaped stamp on the kikuichis, that's why I ask.

Kikuchi's emblem is a chrysanthemum. I don't know if this is the same, but the chrysanthemum emblem is an imperial crest, I believe.

Yep Hammers is made by MASAYUKI he is like Shigefusa of Hammers :)

Stainless clad, western handles - very nice idea and great-looking results. They should sell fast
 
In a knife world of overly fancy $h!t, you and twistington have great aesthetic sense. Can't think of anything either of you do I wouldn't be proud to own.
 
Second and third from top is very good, because of the machi.

Amazing! Dan, you should add a thin front "bumper" to the handles, like you have on your cleavers. That would look awesome......
