Pop-up dinners have been all the rage here in Fort Worth this summer. The Fort Worth Food & Wine festival is sponsoring 20 of them this summer on Sunday-Mondays at the closed Tower restaurant in Downtown Fort Worth.

The guest chefs for last weekend were Tim Love and John Tesar. You don't know who the chef will be ahead of time so I was lucky to have tickets for Tesar, who's Spoon restaurant in Dallas is pretty hot right now after he was on Top Chef.

Here is a couple of pics of the courses last weekend.

I have another pop-up dinner that I am going to Sunday that is not related to the Tower/Food & Wine ones going on, so it seems to be pretty trendy here right now. I have done 3 pop-ups so far this summer.
