    Purchased from forum member, ( http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/sh...us-240mm-Gyuto ) sent to Stephan to get it re-profiled and finished. Got it back a couple months ago and it cuts like a beast. Some unexpected expenses came up so I have to let this beauty go. $575 shipped CONUS. Thanks for looking.
