Here are a couple of teaser shots of some new lines we will be adding to the website when i get back form Japan... there's one other one that's really cool, but i'll hold off on posting pics of that until i get back. The first two are actually already up on the website, but not listed in stock until i get back.


Gesshin Stainless Western Series- We were trying to come up with a lower cost option for our customers that need workhorse knives or good beginner knives when getting started with Japanese knives. We did our best to keep the prices reasonable, while maintaining a high level of fit and finish (for the price), and keeping them on the thinner side behind the edge.

Gonbei Western Series- In this line, we were going for a western handled equilivent of our Gesshin Uraku Series... tough, durable, good edge retention, medium thickness, etc.
