Lefty, did you remove the KU yourself? If so what did you use and how did you finish the blade after it was removed? Thanks for your imput, I've been thinking of doing this to one myself!

Brad, it came that way from the collection I picked up. It was very nicely done and is now sold.
I hope to get two more knives listed in the next couple of days. One is a Watanabe gyuto (sexy!), and the other will be a mystery knife. I just need to know. Do we want stainless or carbon, next? Hmmm.... (Not Shige, of course).
