Hello all,
Been lurking here for a while, and thought
I would introduce myself.

Chef of 25 years, who used to think German battle axes were
the goods. Exposure to globals and shuns didn't change my mind.
That all went out the window when a coworker let me use his
Takeda (To a knife newb that thing looked like something from another planet)!
