It's a long shot on this forum, but I'd like to get a deal on this knife. :)
 
I wish you luck. I have one in my rotation and I love using it. Good heat treat, sexy handle and geometry it's like a hattori forum on roids. Too bad they charged so much for them initially.
 
That's exactly why I want the knife. It's like the FH Hattori, and I like SG2 steel.

The Miyabi Fusion 10-inch has a similar profile and comes in VG-10 steel with a damascus decorative clad. The fit and finish on Miyabi knives is superb. I'm not sure about the geometry of the knife, but anyone considering a FH should consider a look.
