Have been lurking around here for quite some time but just recently made an account.
Not a chef in the slightest, but always been interested in cooking and try to make my own recipes with various results as soon as I have the time.
Always been something of a knife-nut, but never really had the money to buy whatever knife I want.
Anyway, hope to learn a lot of new things from you guys (and gals?) in the forum!
