Yet another new member here. I just wanted to say hell’o! :)
I was always interested in knives but never thought about buying/using Japanese ones. Until now :) I just placed my first ordered. While waiting for my gyuto I’ll do a bit of research here on KKF in the meantime. Excellent forum. Thanks.

It's actually not quite white. It's more like a black, Kurouchi finish ;)

I ordered Moritaka Hamono KG-210. 210mm Gyuto in Aogami Super steel. Still a couple weeks of waiting ahead of me. It will be my first Japanese knife. If I like it I might extend my collection in future.
