A lot of us are crazy about the KS gyuto, mainly for its profile.
Do a search and you'll see. It's been sold out for quite a while.

Profile and grind. IMO the perfect balance between thick and thin. The tip is a dream come true.
If I could only have one gyuto, it would be my 240KS (actually 252mm, which I love)
