Any NYC guys, I need a chef for our sister restaurant. It is and Irish Gastropub, chef can be creative and come up with new dishes but, must keep some old favorites such as fish and chips, shepherds pie and potpie and the like. I am not sure if this is a sous chef or executive position. The owner just called me and told me he needs a chef right away. Food is simple, not that high pressure. boss can be a dick but, if you do your job and he likes you he will leave you alone. 5 to 6 day work week, you figure out the pay with him.
