    I also want to add that the Shig 300 is only a week old. I bought it and the very next day I was told a custom western handled Shigfusa 240 that I requested months back is almost ready. Bad timing.

    I've used petty's for poultry and fish. They work fine but I would recomend going through any heavy bones.
