Steel Aogami Super **** I forgot to add a pic of the back of the knife but it is stamped 'Ao-Gami' in Kanji and 'Super' in Katakana. ****
Blade: Zakuri calls this a 165mm but Zakuris are big. The actual measurement from heel to tip is just under 175mm. Width at heel: 53mm. Spine width: The spine is 2mm at the heel and tapers to about 1mm half way to the tip.
Handle: Ho (magnilia) with buffalo horn. This is an upgrade over the standard Zakuri chestnut handle with plastic ferrule.
