Up for sale: Shigeharu Stainless Clad Aogami Super. I'm not sure what to call it. It is kind of a hybrid gyuto-santoku shape. I have had one of these for 10+ years. Great geometry. Makes a fine all purpose knife. Shigeharu is the oldest maker in Kyoto and was founded several hundred years before Aritsugu. Google could likely tell you more than I can about Shigeharu.

BNIB Never sharpened or used. Ships in original display box. ****If you look at the pictures you will see a small imperfection along the spine. It appears to be a small divot in the cladding. I have drastically reduced my intended asking price because of this****
