Since I still get occasional requests for where to find KDs, I just thought I would give fellow forummers a heads-up that a brand-new 210 Hattori KD was just listed on a very pupular online action web site. VERY expensive, though... :eek2:

Please understand that I do not know (nor am I affiliated in any way with) either the seller or the actual knife.
 
Uh... what a mark-up. If I wanted a 210 ZDP-189, I'd get a Miyabi 600 MCD. Not that the highly automated and precise Seki-City heat treatment may or may not compare with the magic of Hattori's. Only the gods of steel would know that.
