If anyone knows, it'll be you guys. I just had a conversation with the guys at the hall and two of them think that a Weber BBQ of the same model at, for example, Home Depot is different than one from a Weber "licensed showroom". Is there any truth to this? I don't buy it...I mean, they're the same model!

Settle this for me, please!

At the very least, for a gas weber, a model in Weber showroom in the US is not exactly the same as the one down here.

I am only pulling your leg because of gas regulation law here though. But from BBQ forum down here, I have heard people vouching that some charcoal weber that Bunning Warehouse imported directly were not the same, (at least quality wise), as the model sold through R McDonald.

Hmmm...I still kinda doubt it. Besides, if I use the warranty, won't they just send the same parts they would to a "true Weber"?
