    Maybe try to find a tall sujihiki instead.....

    A-types are short. Semi stainless. The recent 240's I've seen are not thick but could still benefit from a little thinning...

    The prototype Rodrigue-McLean-Lamson collaboration gyuto is 45 mm tall at the heel. Not a wa-handled knife, though. It's a hybrid, or "split-wa".
