So Im heading to europe in late august, Ill be between Heidelberg (Germany) and Delft (Netherlands) mostly but Berlin, Hamburg, and Nice and Chambery (France) are in the plans. Im staying for few months and Im planning to know as many/or few great kitchens as I can.

The thing is: Ill be traveling carry-on from here so I cant take my amazing tramontinas with me . Therefore Ill be asking for a minimalistic chef/paring setup and maybe an old worn stone to buy (or borrow). Eventually I would re-sell when coming back.

Aside of the knives, If anyone over there would like to share (or learn about) a tropical/caribea/venezolana dinner, or just hang out and talk about food, kitchens, rum Ill be glad!
