So IŽm heading to europe in late august, IŽll be between Heidelberg (Germany) and Delft (Netherlands) mostly but Berlin, Hamburg, and Nice and Chambery (France) are in the plans. IŽm staying for few months and IŽm planning to know as many/or few great kitchens as I can.

The thing is: IŽll be traveling carry-on from here so I canŽt take my amazing tramontinas with me . Therefore IŽll be asking for a minimalistic chef/paring setup and maybe an old worn stone to buy (or borrow). Eventually I would re-sell when coming back.

Aside of the knives, If anyone over there would like to share (or learn about) a tropical/caribeńa/venezolana dinner, or just hang out and talk about food, kitchens, rum IŽll be glad!
