So I´m heading to europe in late august, I´ll be between Heidelberg (Germany) and Delft (Netherlands) mostly but Berlin, Hamburg, and Nice and Chambery (France) are in the plans. I´m staying for few months and I´m planning to know as many/or few great kitchens as I can.
The thing is: I´ll be traveling carry-on from here so I can´t take my amazing tramontinas with me . Therefore I´ll be asking for a minimalistic chef/paring setup and maybe an old worn stone to buy (or borrow). Eventually I would re-sell when coming back.
Aside of the knives, If anyone over there would like to share (or learn about) a tropical/caribeña/venezolana dinner, or just hang out and talk about food, kitchens, rum I´ll be glad!
