Takeda 240 Gyuto needs some love, sharpened once as far as I can tell and chip at tip $175
Shun Premier 8" chefs knife OOTB edge used once maybe to cut an onion. $125 The hammered one and looks as pretty as other pics.
Boker Santoku bout 6 3/4" edge. $110 Thick blade 3MM most of the way down. Honestly I can't see anything else to do with this blade but to maybe break down chickens ? Or maybe 50/50 deba kinda deal.....
better than ootb edge cause I steeled it. was crazy toothy.
